Where would you like to start?
Carers register directly. Recruitment Partners introduce carers and help them through registration.
What you’ll need to register
You can create your account first and add each item when you have it. Your application shows exactly what is needed for your circumstances.
- Identification and proof of address
- Photo identification and a recent document showing your current address.
- Right to work in the UK
- Evidence that you are allowed to work in the UK.
- National Insurance or UTR
- Proof of your National Insurance number or your Unique Taxpayer Reference.
- DBS certificate
- Your Disclosure and Barring Service certificate.
- Training certificates
- For example the Care Certificate, moving and handling, safeguarding and infection control.
- Referees
- Contact details for people who can give you a reference. We send them a short form to complete online.
How registration works
You don’t need everything ready on day one. Save your progress and come back when you have the next document.
Create your account
Sign up with your email address and confirm it from the link we send you.
Complete your profile
Add your contact details, next of kin, GP, availability, transport and bank details.
Upload your documents and add referees
Add each document when you have it. Your progress is saved as you go.
We review your application
If something can’t be accepted, your account shows the reason and you can upload a replacement.
You’re ready for placements
Once your documents and references are approved, you can be considered for work.
What we check before a carer is booked
Our head office team reviews each carer’s evidence and records every decision. A carer can’t be placed until their documents and references are approved.

The programme is for individuals and organisations who help people find care work. We train you, give you a personal referral link and support your carers through registration.

Choose “Register as a carer” to create your account and start your application. You can save your progress and finish later.
Your application lists what you need, including identification, right-to-work evidence, a DBS certificate and training certificates. You will also be asked for referees. Our team can help if you are unsure about anything.
Your account shows the reason and asks for a replacement. Upload the new document and our team will review it again.
Yes. Sign in to see which documents and references are still needed, and to respond to any requests from our team.
